Body butters are solid oils and will melt in high temperatures over 80° due to this we only ship priority mail during summer months. If your body butter arrives slightly melted simply place into the refrigerator for a few hours to resolidify, the benefits of the butter do not change. We do not offer replacements or refunds on melted body butters. We base our butters on weight not volume.The weight of the butter is the same whether its melted or fluffy. If it is melted it will appear in the jar as less, however the weight is still the same although volume is less when melted.
